If the printer does not display any disruptions, then you can print a test page to verify that the connection works. The system scans the ‘Recommended Updates’, ‘Print Spooler’, ‘Driver Check’, ‘Device Status’, ‘Device Manager’, ‘Device Online’, ‘Print Queue’, ‘Port Match’, and ‘Device Conflicts’ for the printer. A green checkmark will be next to the conditions that are okay, and a red ‘X’ will be beside the steps that triggered an error. There will be a list of points that the app will check.
